Donate Your Fly Fishing Gear: Project Healing Waters

Gear DrivePig Farm InkComment

UPDATE: The Gear Drive ran for over two months and concluded on January 30, 2016. The concept was simple: work with the fly fishing community to solicited donations of gently used fly fishing gear for PHWFF Programs and the veterans they serve. Numerous fly shops took up the cause and provided support and drop-off locations throughout the duration of the initiative. It was a great success!

We're honored and grateful to announce that the estimated donation value from the Winged Reel/Pig Farm Ink Gear Drive was $50,000!

A big shout out goes out to all involved, Justin Dobson (Winged Reel) and Greg Morgan (Georgia Fly Fishing Guide) for their incredible efforts, hard work, and support of the cause.  They were the main drivers in this donation drive and we are truly humbled by their support and the support of all those who contributed to this great effort.
